DELIVERY POLICY

We always aim to get your order shipped as soon as possible! Usually, you will receive your order within 5-8 working days but it can take slightly longer (or it can be even quicker!) Shipping times are based on product status and sometimes things are beyond our control. Delivery times are estimations and it is hard to guarantee exact delivery times. After your order has been processed and it is ready to ship – we will notify you with the details and advise when you can expect your very special package! Currently, our couriers don’t deliver after hours, during weekends or on public holidays.

Free Delivery applies to orders of R1000 and more .Delivery of these parcels will be sent by a courier chosen by Art Attack.

RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

The provision of goods and services by Art Attack is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Art Attack will let the client know within 24 Hours. Items should be shipped back to us in their original packaging. All product received with damage to the product due to improper packaging will be refused or returned with a shipping/handling charge to your account.The buyer will be responsible for the shipping/postage cost on any returned item

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

Art Attack shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Art Attack bank account. Snapscan available

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Art Attack via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

EFT

If you select the ‘EFT’ button, instructions will be given on how to deposit monies into Art Attacks’ bank account and it would be subject to the following rules:

• the exact amount must be paid;
• the payment must be identified by supplying a order number in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer;
• no transfers may be made from ATM’s;
• cheque deposits not accepted.
• your order will be cancelled if you choose to pay by EFT and the amount due is not paid within 7 business days.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Art Attack separately from card details which are entered by the client on YOCO secure site.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
